By accessing TenderU, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and meet the minimum age required in your country. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and activity under your account.
3. What TenderU provides
TenderU helps people discover and start one-to-one text or video conversations. Matches, availability, connection quality, and other people’s conduct cannot be guaranteed. TenderU is a social conversation service, not an emergency, professional, dating, or adult-content service.
4. Acceptable use
- Treat other people with respect and obtain consent before discussing sensitive topics
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, scam, or discriminate
- Do not share illegal, sexual, nude, violent, or otherwise prohibited content
- Do not scrape data, bypass security, automate accounts, or disrupt the service
- Do not use TenderU to advertise, spam, or solicit financial transactions
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant TenderU the limited rights needed to transmit, store, moderate, and display it as necessary to operate and protect the service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you share.
6. Safety and enforcement
We may review reports and relevant information, limit features, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law. You may leave, block, or report at any time.
7. Service changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, TenderU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
8. Disputes and updates
